Led the full cycle of a platform matching engineers and companies at the level of values and mindset — from concept and requirements definition through development and infrastructure build-out. Designed a matching logic based on 16 persona types and established a quality assurance process featuring automated code review by 30+ specialised AI agents integrated with JIRA. Targeting a July 2026 release.

Built from scratch — tablet app, web version, QR ordering, KDS, and landing page — using AI-driven development. Handled all phases solo: Claude Code and Gemini cross-review, specialised agent configuration, and JIRA scrum management.

Joined a stalled, at-risk project and led the recovery: situation analysis, service specification review, project plan restructuring, and requirements re-definition. Also automated progress reporting using GAS-powered RPA, significantly reducing reporting overhead.

PM for an e-commerce site built by a mixed offshore team. Drove quality improvements, cost reduction, and process enhancement. In the latter phase, served as QM responsible for unit and integration testing quality — re-scoping integration tests from the upper-level design to address gaps.

New development of a high-performance successor device. Responsibilities spanned embedded firmware development, an acceptance-testing app, a control screen (C#), and a web server built on top of the board.

Developed an automation system for issuing instructions from a space station to a satellite robot. Although a small project, handled virtually the entire scope from basic design through testing independently. Led the C# logic proposals.

Maintenance development and operations for a government agency system. Responsible for detailed design through integration testing. Worked in an environment with rigorous testing and quality standards, practising a development approach that placed testing at the forefront.

A web service for people who have lost a family member. Based on four input answers, AI selects applicable procedures from a verified master database of 61 items and generates a personalised checklist with days remaining, filing destinations, and required documents. Built and launched entirely solo: full-screen design in Figma, Next.js implementation, real-time family sync via Supabase Realtime, VPS infrastructure, and CI/CD pipeline.

Sole ownership of a web chat service — from concept to development to operations — featuring real-time translation in 10 languages, location sharing, and QR-based room creation. Runs entirely in the browser with no app required. Rebuilt with a quality-first approach; targeting a July 2026 release through AI-driven development.

End-to-end ownership of an engineer hiring matching SaaS built on a 16-persona system — from concept and design through development and operations. Rebuilt with a quality-first focus; targeting a July 2026 release through AI-driven development. Also driving SNS marketing and referral programme initiatives.

Fully migrated a legacy development environment (Node v12 / Webpack) to Vite + Node v18, resolving complex dependency chains and cutting build time by 90%. Also standardised code quality via ESLint, Prettier, and Git Hooks, and optimised the CI/CD pipeline.

Implemented 3D animation effects using Three.js alongside a large-scale search feature. Defined the implementation approach balancing performance and UX. Contributed to PoC work and effort estimation from the requirements definition stage.

Designed a scalable architecture with long-term maintainability in mind, establishing the project's technical foundation. Proactively investigated and resolved technical uncertainties upfront, providing the PM with the information needed to build an accurate schedule. Also led component design based on Atomic Design.

Served as sub-leader on projects of 10–20 people, responsible for progress management and technical support. Established the foundations for quality and document management through test design, test execution, and creation of detailed design documents and test specifications.
